Your safari commences with an early morning pick-up from JKIA in Nairobi, followed by a scenic drive through Kenya's central highlands towards the rugged landscapes of Samburu National Reserve. Arrive at Samburu Sopa Lodge in time for lunch and check-in. Later in the afternoon, set out on your first game drive across the reserve's striking semi-arid terrain, traversed by the Ewaso Nyiro River. Keep watch for the distinctive Samburu Special Five, as well as elephants, lions, leopards, and an array of other wildlife before returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
