7-Day Gorilla, Chimpanzee and Wildlife Tour in Uganda

Today, you will drive south to the jungle of Kibale best known as the primate capital of the world with about 13 species of primates. You will have lunch along the way. You can choose to relax at the lodge and in the evening you will take a guided walk in the community.

Have breakfast and head for a briefing about the chimp tracking activity. Chimpanzees are man’s closest cousins though they are one of the most threatened primate species. More primates like black and white Colobus monkeys, L’Hoest's monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabey, red-tailed monkeys, bush babies and pottos can be seen here. Many bird species like the yellow-spotted nicator, rumped tinker bird, little greenbul, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle and black bee-eater are also found here. You can also see mammals such as elephants in this walk. Afterwards, you'll transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and relax on arrival.
