Upon arrival in the morning at JKIA, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari driver-guide and assisted with your luggage before commencing your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. Depart Nairobi and travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with an opportunity to make a brief stop at a suitable viewpoint for panoramic views and photographs, time permitting. Proceed to Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and arrive in good time for lunch. After lunch, complete check-in and enjoy a short time to freshen up before embarking on an exciting afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is renowned for its diverse wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to encounter black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, lions and a variety of bird species. Continue exploring the park’s scenic landscapes, including the lake shores, grasslands and acacia woodlands, while enjoying wildlife viewing and photography. As the afternoon comes to an end, return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
