After a delicious breakfast, your private driver-guide will take you from your hotel transfer you direct to Zanzibar airport where you will have a flight up to Arusha and then you will start your safari to Tarangire National Park where you will be provided with a packed lunch and soft drinks. The park is renowned for its abundant elephant herds and other wildlife competing with the Serengeti and varied landscapes, which range from seasonal swamps to sweeping savannahs adorned by the meandering Tarangire River.
The chances of seeing a lion stalking its prey or leopards lounging in the treetops are high. Following the game drives, your knowledgeable driver-guide will transport you back to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
