Your unforgettable journey starts with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at approximately 7:00 AM. Meet your professional safari guide and begin a scenic drive through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Upon arrival, descend approximately 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most remarkable natural wildlife sanctuaries.
Enjoy an exciting game drive across the crater floor, home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas and the endangered black rhinoceros.
Your guide will help you explore the crater's diverse habitats, from open grasslands and freshwater pools to acacia woodlands and Lake Magadi, where flamingos may be spotted seasonally.
Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by spectacular scenery before continuing your wildlife exploration.
Later in the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and transfer to Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.
