The safari commences with a 7:30 AM departure from Nairobi. The route climbs the Limuru escarpment, offering a panoramic stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. From this vantage point, the sheer scale of the valley floor and the dormant volcanoes of Mt. Suswa and Mt. Longonot are visible.
The drive continues through the agricultural hub of Narok, arriving at the Talek region of the Masai Mara in time for a warm welcome and lunch. After settling into the camp, the first game drive begins at 4:00 PM. The Talek area is renowned for its high density of "Big Cats," particularly leopards that frequent the riverine forests and lions that patrol the open plains
