Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, you’ll embark on a morning game drive, winding through landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees. Tarangire is renowned for its massive elephant herds, but you’ll also encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and predators such as lions and leopards.
Around midday, pause for a picnic lunch inside the park, enjoying your meal surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, continue with another game drive, exploring the river valleys and swamps where wildlife gathers. As the day ends, transfer to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
