Amboseli's landscape includes plains, woodlands, rocky thorn bushes, swamps, and marshes. The park is sustained by an abundant underground water supply, filtered through volcanic rock from Kilimanjaro's ice cap, emerging in the park as two clear water springs and swamps. After check-in, you'll savor lunch and embark on an afternoon game drive to spot wildlife such as leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, hyraxes, dik-diks, lesser kudus, porcupines, and a plethora of bird species.
