About this safari
This 3-day safari blends the thrill of daytime and nighttime wildlife encounters with the convenience of flying in and out, making it perfect for travelers with limited time who want maximum adventure. You’ll begin in Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and diverse birdlife. Unlike most safaris, you’ll enjoy a night game drive, offering the rare chance to spot nocturnal animals such as bush babies, hyenas, and leopards.
On Day 2, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” where the Big Five roam freely in one of Africa’s most unique ecosystems. Finally, on Day 3, you’ll explore Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, and flocks of flamingos along the soda lake, before returning to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Arrive at Arusha Airport in the morning and meet your safari guide for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire offers a classic safari experience with diverse wildlife including lions, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and over 500 bird species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park followed by an afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon, transfer to your camp inside Tarangire National Park for dinner and relaxation. Later, embark on a night game drive, a rare opportunity to witness nocturnal wildlife. Spot predators on the move, listen to the sounds of the bush at night, and experience the thrill of the wilderness under the stars. Return to camp for overnight stay.
