About this safari
You'll spend the day exploring the natural beauty of Chobe National Park with a local guide. You’ll experience open savannas and get an up-close encounter with the incredible wildlife that calls this park home. Some 80,000 elephants wander the plains here, making it one of the world`s best spots for sighting these majestic, gentle giants. You will also get to see hippos, giraffes, hyenas, lions, and other plains game on the waterfront drive. Buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.

You will be picked up at 7:00 am from your hotel in Victoria Falls for the transfer to Chobe National Park in Botswana, a one-hour drive through the Zambezi National Park.
The tour starts with a river cruise into the park, with an opportunity to see loads of water birds, crocodiles, and hippos. Chobe is renowned for scores of large herbivores, and most of them are seen here coming down to the river for the water.
Lunch is served at about 12:30 pm at one of the popular lodges.
After the lunch break, you'll head off on a game drive - getting close to nature with specially adapted open 4 x 4 vehicles. Lion sightings are not uncommon in Chobe, as well as eland, sable, and roan antelope. Leopards are elusive but common in the area. Drives are done along the waterfront to maximize game sightings. After the 3-hour safari drive, you'll return to the border at 4:30 pm for the return transfer to Victoria Falls. We expect to be in Victoria Falls at about 6:00 pm.
