Kasane safari packages in 2027 start around $600 per person per night for selected all-inclusive lodge dates. Kasane sits beside Chobe National Park in northern Botswana and works well for boat safaris, game drives, and Victoria Falls add-ons. July to September offers peak dry-season wildlife viewing, while April to November can offer wider lodge availability.
Kasane safari packages in 2027 connect river wildlife, dry savanna, and easy regional travel in one trip. The town serves as a practical base for Botswana, especially for visits to Chobe National Park. Travelers can also add Victoria Falls, Maun, the Okavango Delta, or Savuti.
Kasane safari packages 2027: Prices, Tours & Booking covers the key choices before you reserve. You will learn what a package includes, how much flights may add, which tour styles suit different travelers, and how to plan a smooth booking. The guide uses available 2026 research and 2027 prices where listed.
Quick answer: Kasane safari packages in 2027 are best for travelers who want Chobe game drives and river cruises without a long transfer between activities. A selected lodge rate is $600 per person per night, while a 14-day multi-country tour lists at $5,449 per person on promotion. Regional flights add about $250–$400 one way.
Prices change with season, room type, group size, and transport. Therefore, treat published rates as planning figures rather than final quotes. SafariFind helps you compare verified operators, package details, and authentic traveler reviews before you choose.
Kasane safari packages in 2027 are organized trips based in Kasane, northern Botswana, with activities in and around Chobe National Park. Most packages combine lodge accommodation with game drives, boat cruises, meals, and transfers. Longer tours can add Victoria Falls, Johannesburg, Maun, the Okavango Delta, or Savuti.
Kasane is known for easy access to Chobe River activities and nearby wildlife areas. Chobe package activities include boat cruises along the river and early game drives across plains and forests [5]. This mix lets you watch wildlife from both water and land.
Chobe National Park is the main draw for Kasane travelers. Morning drives often suit guests who want active wildlife viewing before the day becomes hot. Boat cruises provide a different view of the river edge, where animals gather near the water.
Victoria Falls is a common add-on for Kasane itineraries because the region supports multi-country travel. One listed itinerary includes two nights in Johannesburg, three nights at Victoria Falls, two nights at Chobe, three nights in Pilanesberg Game Reserve, and four nights in Cape Town [1].
Kasane safari packages differ in length, lodging, transport, and group style. Check these features before booking:
Kasane safari packages are best for first-time visitors who want a simple base. They also suit couples seeking a river-and-bush trip, families wanting short drives, and photographers who value varied viewpoints.
Compare 2027 Kasane safari packages by price, duration, and included activities before requesting a quote.
Kasane safari packages in 2027 range from lodge-only stays to multi-country journeys costing several thousand dollars. One listed Chobe Safari Lodge rate is $600 per person per night for selected dates from April 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027. Final rates vary by dates, room category, and party size [7].
The $600 rate gives you a useful starting point for a mid-range or all-inclusive Chobe stay. A two-night stay at that listed rate would total $1,200 per person before any extra flights, transfers, or optional activities. Your final quote may differ when you select another room or travel date.
Mid-range Botswana lodge planning commonly uses a $600–$900 per person per night guide for 2027, based on the supplied research summary. This figure is not a fixed market tariff. It is a planning range, so ask each operator what the rate includes.
A 14-day Botswana, South Africa, and Zimbabwe itinerary listed for September 2027 costs $5,449 per person on promotion. Its stated reference price is $6,599, and the maximum group size is 24 travelers [3]. This option suits guests who want several countries rather than a short Kasane stay.
| Name | Price | Duration | Rating | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chobe Safari Lodge selected-date stay | $600 per person per night | Nightly rate | Not stated | Short Chobe lodge stays |
| September 2027 multi-country tour | $5,449 per person promotion | 14 days | Not stated | Multi-country travelers |
| N'tee Safaris and Tours | Request current quote | Operator-dependent | 5.0 from 28 reviews | Kasane-based private or custom trips |
Regional flights to Kasane or Maun cost about $250–$400 one way. International flights usually add $900–$1,800 per person, depending on your departure city and travel dates [4]. Peak airfares are linked with July–September and December–January [4].
Build a simple budget with these lines:
Request a 2027 Kasane safari quote from verified operators and compare total trip costs rather than comparing nightly rates alone.
The best Kasane safari tour depends on your time, budget, and preferred view of wildlife. Choose a boat-and-drive package for variety, a private safari for flexible timing, or a longer circuit for Victoria Falls and other southern African parks. Chobe activities make Kasane especially strong for short safari breaks.
Chobe River boat cruises are known for water-level wildlife viewing and wide landscape views. The supplied 2026–2027 package information lists boat cruises as a core Chobe activity [5]. Boats can also give photographers a calmer platform than a moving safari vehicle.
Ask whether your cruise is shared or private. Also check its length, departure time, refreshments, and transfer arrangements. These details affect both comfort and the value of your package.
Early game drives are a central part of Chobe safari packages. The listed 2026–2027 itinerary combines early drives with river cruises, plains, and forest areas [5]. Morning departures help you spend more time in the field before returning for breakfast or a midday rest.
Private drives usually offer more control over stops and pace. Shared drives can cost less and suit travelers who enjoy meeting other guests. Families should ask about vehicle size, child policies, and drive length before booking.
Kasane is a strong base for a Victoria Falls extension. Some travelers begin in Johannesburg, continue to Victoria Falls and Chobe, then travel onward to Pilanesberg and Cape Town. The listed itinerary follows this pattern over 14 nights and includes several major southern African stops [1].
Travelers who want a broader Botswana trip can compare Kasane with Maun. The SafariFind guide to things to do in Maun covers Delta trips, day tours, and other 2027 planning options.
The Okavango Delta attractions guide is useful when you want to pair Chobe with wetland scenery. Meanwhile, Botswana lodge comparisons can help you judge comfort and rate differences.
Book a Kasane safari by choosing dates, setting a complete budget, checking inclusions, and confirming the operator’s payment terms. Start with the number of nights you want in Chobe. Then add flights, transfers, and any Victoria Falls or Okavango extension.
Choose your travel month before comparing prices. July–September is linked with peak airfares, while selected lodge dates extend from April through November 2027 [4][7]. If your dates are flexible, ask operators for lower-demand alternatives.
Decide whether you want a two-night, three-night, or longer stay. A short trip can focus on Chobe River cruises and early game drives. A longer trip can add Victoria Falls, Maun, Savuti, or another country.
Read the full itinerary, not only the headline price. Confirm accommodation, meals, park fees, transfers, drives, boat trips, and airport pickup. Also ask if the price covers border crossings or only the Botswana portion.
N'tee Safaris and Tours is a verified Kasane operator shown with a 5.0 rating from 28 reviews in SafariFind research [2]. You can also review current Chobe package examples and operator information before contacting a company.
One photo-safari operator confirms a place only after receiving a completed booking form and deposit. Accepted deposit methods include credit card, PayPal, and international bank transfer [6]. This means a verbal hold does not always guarantee your space.
Ask for written confirmation after payment. Save the invoice, booking form, cancellation policy, and emergency contact details. You should also check whether the deposit is refundable or transferable.
Pack light, neutral clothing, sun protection, walking shoes, and a small day bag. Bring a camera battery pack for boat cruises and long drives. Your operator should provide a final packing list and pickup instructions.
Read verified traveler reviews before you decide. Look for comments about guides, transfers, food, room quality, and communication. SafariFind connects travelers with verified tour operators, package options, and authentic reviews in one marketplace.

"On 10.9. until 1.10. In 2023, I went on a trip to Botswana, Zimbabwe and a short visit to Zambia with my clients - friends. I carefully prepared the trip in cooperation with the manager of Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours, Mr. Tongesai Mutematsaka. After arriving in Gaborone we organized a short tour of the city ourselves and met Tongesai in Maun. Tongesai was our driver and guide practically the whole way. We visited the Okavango River Delta and its surroundings (Moremi Reserve, Mokoro boat cruise, flight over the Okavango Delta. This was followed by a visit to the Makgadikgadi Salt Flats, then the Elephant Sands area and in Botswana Chobe National Park with a cruise on the Chobe River. Then we crossed to Zimbabwe, which was the main part of our journey. In the Victoria Falls area, we visited the Monde settlement, took a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls, followed by a cruise on the Zambezi River as part of a visit to the national park of the same name. We also walked past Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwean side and had a Boma dinner in the evening (too much of a "tourist thing"). On the Zambian side of the falls we saw white rhinos in Mosi - oa - Tunya National Park, then visited the museum in Livingstone and walked the Zambian side of the falls. From Victoria Falls, we headed to Hwange National Park, where we had a beautiful program - a safari, and after Hwange, there was also a very interesting program in Matobo National Park (there, among other things, white rhinos (a mother with her little daughter), beautiful rock formations and prehistoric cave drawings. The next place visited was Khami with very interesting buildings, and then we visited the ruins of Great Zimbabwe, which are among the most important world monuments. This was followed by a visit to the Chinhoya Karst and finally the gallery in Harare. I would also like to comment on the provision of services: Accommodation in the hotels was at the standard, expected level, only the service at the Great Zimbabwe Hotel was rather lazy. Accommodation in lodges - very good and the best accommodation was in Iganyana tented camp in Hwange National Park, mainly due to the extraordinary professionalism and very friendly attitude of the staff there towards us, the visitors. I must also highly praise all the local guides we met everywhere, e.g. in Chobe, Hwange and Matobo National Parks. I want to emphasize that this journey is one of the most interesting that I have made around the world. I believe that my clients - friends were also satisfied with the set. Thanks to the travel agency Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours and Mr. Tongesai Mutematsaka. I recommend Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours to anyone considering a trip to Zimbabwe."

"I spent a week in Botswana with cultural vibes, travels & tours and had not a single dull moment. The hotels/lodges we stayed at were very clean and service was professional. On the drives I had good conversations with the tour operator as he taught me a lot about the culture and about all the different animals (which we saw a lot of). Overall I had a great experience and would definitely book again."

"Tongesai was awesome from the start. I knew he was a good tour operator because he answered all of my questions in a timely manner and no question was ever stupid. Everything was just as he said once we arrived and really it was better. We prepared for about a year in advance for this trip and the tour operator was instrumental and making this trip a success. I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone who wants to visit Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana. Give Tongesai a call or email, and you will 100% not be disappointed. I have a very deep understanding of border crossing and transportation challenges in many African countries at this point because of the efforts of the tour operator. This makes my wife and I have very comfortable to approach another visit or look at visiting a different African country."

"We went on a 3 day safari, and even though Tongesai did not lead it himself, I want to highly recommend his services. Our group consisted of just my family; my wife, children (9, 13, 14), and me. Tongesai acted as the agent, coordinating with the organization in Botswana that ran the actual tour. He met us several days in advance, and had informed us of some critical information (like make sure to bring birth certificates for the kids) well in advance. On the first day of the Safari, he came to pick us up, and drove us to the border, where he coordinated a smooth hand over to the Botswana organization. The guide from our safari was so good! ‘Cobra’ grew up in the bush, and if shows. He was frequently coordinating with, and showing other tour guides where to find the best big game sightings. We saw so many animals, including lions, hippos, tons of elephants and giraffes, and too many other animals to name. The meals were also great! Cobra and Tongesai had contracted with ‘chef K’ for catered breakfast, lunch and dinner at the camp. All meals were great. And the camp itself was organized above my expectations. Very nice tents, raised cots, plenty warm, tables, chairs and napkins at every meal! All in all, the experience was pretty unforgettable. It’s not a cheap experience, but based on our trip I can highly recommend Tongesai’s services!"
